Ladies, listen up! This Girl Can sends out a powerful message that women should stop feeling so self-conscious when working out—whether clad in a bathing suit, or a sports bra and cycling shorts. You may wiggle, jiggle, and move as much as you please. There’s nothing wrong with “sweating like a pig” because you will end up “feeling like a fox.”

We at Cosmo think this is an outstanding campaign. It is YOUR choice if you want to be active. You may not be the best at spinning and Yoga, but choosing to be active is already an achievement enough, and is one step closer to your fitness goals.
