Danielle Marsh, former member of K-pop girl group NewJeans, is stepping into 2026 with a fresh chapter—and an official launch of her personal Instagram account!

The account, under the username @dazzibelle, has already amassed 785,000 followers as of writing and follows just one account, her older sister Olivia Marsh. So far, it has a single post showing a candlelight with an image text, "for those who waited."

"12 Jan 7PM," the text continues, the same date that Danielle went live on both Instagram and YouTube to address her departure from NewJeans under ADOR agency. It is also her first public appearance since leaving the group.

During the nearly ten-minute live, Danielle emotionally addressed her fans, known as "Bunnies," reflecting on the past year and the lessons it brought. She shared that it reshaped her perspective and reaffirmed her commitment to giving back the support she has received.

"Over this past period, I learned a lot and had a lot I needed to protect. The way I look at family, and the way I see the world, have both changed a little," Danielle said.

While she is currently unable to disclose specific details about the lawsuit concerning her exit from the group and the agency, she assured fans that updates will come in time.

"Right now, a lot of things are still in the process of being sorted out.. When the time comes, I will update you all about what's happening, about the lawsuits, and about everything, I guess, you're curious about," she expressed.

"This much I can say for certain. I fought until the very end to be together with the members. And that truth stays with me,” she added.

ICYMI, just before New Year's Eve last year, ADOR released an official statement confirming the termination of her exclusive contract. While it confirmed that the NewJeans will continue as a group with the remaining members Kim Min Ji, Hanni Pham, Kang Hae Rin, and Lee Hye In, Danielle will no longer be part of the lineup.

"In Danielle's case, we determined that it would be difficult to continue together as a NewJeans member and an ADOR artist, and today we notified her of the termination of her exclusive contract," the statement read.

ADOR also said it plans to pursue legal action against one member of Danielle's family and former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, "who bear significant responsibility for precipitating the dispute and for NewJeans' departure and delayed return." The move is linked to the legal battle that followed the group’s decision to unilaterally withdraw from their contract in 2024, citing alleged violations, including workplace harassment.
