2023 was a milestone year for Hallyu events in the Philippines—in fact, we ended the year by hosting the Asia Artist Awards at the Philippine Arena on December 14! There were numerous live performances and celeb interactions during the AAAs 2023, and many attendees left the venue with a new group to stan (myself included!).

The 2024 Badminton Asia Closing Ceremony KWAVE Music Festival was originally slated for May 11 at the New Clark City Stadium in Capas, Tarlac. However on March 22, event organisers announced that the KWAVE Music Festival would now be a free event. Attendees who already bought tickets will be given guaranteed seats.
The Boyz and fromis_9 are currently being promoted as headliners. P-pop acts PLUUS, YGIG, YARA, and KAIA will also be performing onstage!
