If you've ever imagined yourself creating content, attending events, and getting an insider look at the world of beauty and media, consider this your cue: Cosmo and Cream Silk are officially searching for the next Cosmo x Cream Silk Interns!

Think of this internship as your backstage pass. You'll get to work closely with the teams behind Cosmo and Cream Silk, join events that will allow your network to grow, and create content that shows off your unique voice. It's a rare chance to learn, grow, and make your mark—all while having a front-row seat to the action.

Application Period: September 20 to October 3, 2025 (deadline at 11:59 PM)

Initial Screening: October 6, 2025 (online)

Announcement of 9 Finalists: October 7, 2025

Go-See for Finalists: October 9, 2025 at Summit Media HQ

Final Selection: October 15, 2025 (online)

Announcement of Top 3 Interns: October 17, 2025

The search is open to Filipina-identifying individuals aged 18 to 25, residing in Metro Manila. Applicants must:

• Have at least one public account on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok

• Ideally, have 2,500+ followers on either IG or TikTok

• Be willing to report onsite at both the Cosmo HQ (Summit Media Office) and Cream Silk HQ (Unilever Office)

• Commit to creating content weekly

Note: We won't accept applications from employees of Summit Media and Unilever, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and their advertising agencies. Relatives of the aforementioned employees up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity also can't apply.

• Create a video. Film a short "A Week in My Life" video (maximum of 60 seconds) that shows your daily routine, how Cream Silk fits into it, and why you'd make a great Cosmo x Cream Silk Intern.

• Post it. Share your video on Instagram Reels or TikTok with the hashtag #CosmoxCreamSilkInterns, tagging @creamsilkph and @cosmopolitanph. Make sure your account is public!

• Register using the link. Complete your application here with your details and video link. Remember, the deadline for submitting your application is on October 3, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Multiple entries are allowed, but one strong, well-thought-out post may be all you need.

• Content & Storytelling (30%) – Polished, engaging, and authentic

• Personality & On-Cam Presence (30%) – Confident, relatable, and magnetic

• Brand Alignment (30%) – Someone who embodies queen energy with a fun, fearless attitude

• Potential to Grow (10%) – A spark that shows promise for the future

Finalists will be invited to an in-person go-see at the Summit Media office to meet the team and show their personality beyond the screen.

The Top 3 Cosmo x Cream Silk Interns will each receive:

• A paid three-month internship (P6,000 per winner)

• Access to exclusive events, workshops, and mentorship opportunities

• A content creator starter kit: P20,000 cash + an Osmo Pocket 3 worth P25,000

Meanwhile, the six finalists who don't make the final cut will each receive a Cream Silk gift pack worth P3,000.
