If you’re fit for it, you might probably be in for the adventure and career of a lifetime: Danjugan Island is looking for an Island Manager! According to the official website, the position will ensure the successful delivery of the day-to-day operations of the island. The hired person will also be responsible for “managing staff, overseeing tasks planning and implementation, and executing compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.”
ICYDK, Danjugan is a 43-hectare island located in Negros Occidental, spanning 1.5 kilometers long and .5 kilometers wide. It has 5 lagoons, bat caves, lush limestone, mangrove forests, vast seagrass beds, and fringing coral reefs. The island is a refuge for many wild species that struggle to exist on the mainland.
