Your Fave Celebs Getting Their Beauty Fixes

Cosmo attended a series of beauty events to know what new products and services you can try. We happened to spot big stars at these parties. View our gallery.

What keeps your favorite celebs looking fit and fab at all times? Surely a good diet and exercise regimen are vital, but sometimes they do get a little help from products and services in the beauty department--just as you do. Makeup gives us a way to express ourselves with one look, and body care products ensure our personal health and hygiene. For those who are devoted to looking their best, medical procedures are an option for hassle-free results. We caught up with some of the top local celebs at beauty events around the metro, and saw them lending their support to certain beauty maintenance brands that they love as much as you do.

At the Robot Restaurant and Lounge in Makati, Japanese luxury makeup brand Shu Uemura held an event entitled "Imagine: Live beauty. Breathe art." Hosted by Tessa Prieto-Valdes, the event featured artists and designers like Camille Co and Jo Ann Bitagcol who showcased their Shu Uemura-inspired creations as the company launched Red:Juvenus, their their newest line of anti-aging skin care products. Zombettes DJ trio Ornusa Cadness, Mia Ayesa, and Sanya Smith provided techno music all night as celebs like Miriam Quiambao, Andi Eigenmann, Isabelle Daza, Bianca Gonzalez, and Tim Yap showed support for this must-try skin care line.

We also spotted eventologist Tim Yap at posh Salon De Ning in the Peninsula Manila, where Ruffa Gutierrez was introduced as the endorser for BodyTite, a new service offered by the Belo Medical Group. Ruffa revealed how she regained her pre-pregnancy figure with the procedure, which firms loose skin with little to no down time. If you're a new mom and would like to regain your smashing figure, as did Ruffa, then this is something you should inquire about in Belo clinics. In attendance at the Chinese-themed star-studded event were Fun, Fearless Female Awardee Cristalle Belo Henares, Phoemela Baranda, Bubbles Paraiso, Rich Herrera, and Raymond Gutierrez, among many others.

Continuing the Asian theme, SM Makati held a Japanese-themed launch for the Watsons Sakura Bella skin care line, which was a summer must-have for its brightening properties and super fresh, sweet scent. Cosmo centerfold Fabio Ide took to the stage together with Phoemela Baranda, Alyanna Martinez, Tweetie De Leon, Rissa Mananquil, and designers Kate Torralba and Rhett Eala, to formally introduce this new, affordable body care line to you.
