JM de Guzman is working on his first TV comeback after a two-year hiatus. The actor announced the good news yesterday on his Instagram account; he posted a photo of him with directors Myla Ajero-Gaite, Theodore Boborol, and Don Cuaresma. He captioned the photo, "lalang @direkdon, @theodoreboborol, @indiegirlmyla #newshow #phr @arawgabi.abscbn @rsbdramaunit."
JM will star in Araw Gabi. The show is under the Precious Hearts Romances Presents program, a serialized TV adaptation of the romance pocketbooks imprinted "Precious Hearts Romances."
The RSB (Ruel Santos Bayani) Drama Unit will be heading the production team of the TV series. It's the group that produced Wildflower, the well-liked 2017 drama starring Maja Salvador. Bayani, the team's business unit head, directed the hit movies No Other Woman (2011) and One More Try (2012).
JM last appeared on TV through the teleserye All of Me in 2015. He had been dropped out of the show due to behavior problems, before he entered rehab for drug abuse.
In October 2017, he posted on his Instagram account a photo of a certificate that states, "First Sober Year Achievement Award," dated December 8, 2016. He captioned the photo, "Two years in December 2017." He signed a contract with ABS-CBN's talent mangement arm Star Magic in December 2017.

Also, it looks like he has a film project with Rhian Ramos. JM and Rhian posted a photo of them together on their respective Instagram accounts. JM captioned it, "Soon," while Rhian wrote, "Finally."
