It’s official: the wedding countdown for Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte has begun. The couple announced their engagement through an Instagram post that quickly sent the Internet into full celebration mode.
Loisa shared a close-up photo of her dog, and of course, the highlight of the moment: an oval-shaped diamond ring that confirmed the news that she and Ronnie are ready to spend the rest of their lives together. Ronnie also shared the same post on his Instagram Stories.

ICYDK, Loisa and Ronnie confirmed their relationship in November 2018, sharing that they had already been together for two years by then. They first met on the set of It's Showtime. Their relationship has gone through public challenges, including a past cheating issue they've openly addressed.
"Para sa akin, choice talaga 'yun eh. Kasi wala rin naman talagang perfect na tao. Kahit ako, hindi rin naman ako perfect... Kaya nga sabi nila 'di ba, 'I'd rather have bad times with you, than good times with someone else,'" Loisa said in an interview.
"Kasi [yung forgiveness], para sa atin din naman 'yun e. Pag pinatawad natin yung tao, magkakaroon tayo ng peace sa sarili natin. And in fairness naman sa kanya, deserving naman siya,” she added.
Since then, the pair has been open about their renewed commitment and affection, often expressing how much they look forward to building a life together. During their fifth anniversary, Ronnie shared that he was already completely content with his relationship with Loisa and had no reason to look for anything—or anyone—else.
