Ooh, Rayver Cruz Just Hinted At His Future Wedding Plans With Julie Anne San Jose

Actor Rayver Cruz has made it clear—marriage is definitely in the books for him and long-time girlfriend Julie Anne San Jose. The couple, who have been together for three years, have been openly discussing their future together, including wedding plans.

In an interview with PEP.ph, Rayver shared that tying the knot has always been part of his long-term plans with his girlfriend. 

"Siyempre dun [marriage] naman na papunta," he said.

Though the two have talked about tying the know, Rayver revealed that he still wants the actual proposal to come as a surprise for Julie Anne.

"Wedding plans, napag-uusapan namin. Pero yung wedding plans kasi gusto ko kasi siyempre ma-surprise pa rin siya kahit na sinasagot ko ito sa interview," he explained.

While no specific timeline was revealed, Rayver made it clear that he's planning carefully to keep the moment special.

"Importante pa rin na wala siyang matunugan kung kailan mangyayari… Malalaman din naman ng lahat," he said.

"Tsaka siyempre iyang plano na yan dapat sinisimulan ko sa magulang niya," he added.

Beyond the wedding talks, Rayver reflected on their strengthening bond over the years. He shared how their relationship has remained grounded in authenticity and genuine connection.

"Sobrang genuine lang ng relationship namin, wala kaming, alam mo yung mga filters? I mean, minsan nga nakakalimutan ko na naka-IG Live pala kami, pinapakita ko yung tunay na sarili ko na. Alam mo yun?"  the actor shared.

"Ganun ako kapag kasama ko si Julie, lumalabas yung kid inside… And every time na kasama ko siya, hindi nawawala yung kilig ko kapag kasama ko siya, so ayun," he added.

For Rayver, their relationship thrives because they allow each other to be unapologetically themselves—flaws, quirks, and all. He said that's always been the "secret."

ICYDK, this isn't the first time Rayver has expressed his desire to marry and settle down with Julie Anne. As early as 2023, just a year after they confirmed their relationship, he had already made it clear that he sees a future with her.

"I just know deep in my heart na si Julie Anne na, siya na talaga. Ine-enjoy din namin yung relationship namin now. When the right time comes malalaman ko, in God's time…" Rayver shared in an interview with PEP.ph in 2023.

When asked about his ideal wedding, Rayver said he envisions something simple, like a church wedding. This choice is deeply rooted in their shared values as part of close-knit families, with attending church weekly as a meaningful way for them to bond.
