Melai Cantiveros is thankful for all the blessings coming her way. Just a few days ago, the actress-host won the best actor award for her role in the Philippine-South Korean action-comedy film "Ma'am Chief: Shakedown in Seoul" at the Asia Artist Awards (AAA) 2023.
Now, the comedian received another special gift for Christmas. This time, it's from her Magandang Buhay co-host and good friend Regine Velasquez. The Asia's songbird gifted her a Dior Book Tote. No biggie!
"First time ko magkaroon ng ganito," she shared in a TikTok video while unboxing the present. "May ganito na din ako noon pero fake lang."
Feeling grateful, Melai said: "Thank you mumshie Reg. You're the best." She even joked, "You know what, hindi lang ako first honor. Summa cum laude na talaga ako." ICYMI, Wonyoung asked Melai how she felt about being part of the AAAs. She then replied that it was like being the "first honor" at a graduation ceremony. LOL.
