When the Royal Family makes any kind of public appearance, we always look forward to two things: first, super adorable photos of Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and second, the Duchess of Cambridge’s OOTDs! Their recent visit to Canada was no exception, with Kate Middleton gracing events in some sophisticated outfits.
For the official welcoming ceremony on September 24 in Victoria, Canada, the Duchess of Cambridge chose a striking blue Jenny Packham dress, a coordinating Sylvia Fletcher fascinator, stunning G. Collins & Son teardrop earrings, and nude Gianvito Rossi pumps.
Upon arriving in Vancouver, Canada on September 25, Kate dialed up the festive spirit in a tiered, embroidered dress by Alexander McQueen. Russel and Bromley pumps and a Miu Miu clutch (all in red, of course) complete the look.
During a visit to the Great Bear Rainforest on September 26, Kate switched things up and kept it casual. She cinched a Holland & Holland trench over a Topshop button-down shirt and J. Crew Sweater, and accessorized with dangling Pippa Small earrings.
While touring The University of British Columbia on September 27, Kate opted for a beribboned fit and flare midi dress by Dolce & Gabbana. Understated nude accessories kept the focus on her dress.
Come nighttime, the Duchess pulled out all the stops for a fancy formal dinner, wearing this stunning red midi dress from Preen by Thornton Bregazzi. Love how she mimicked the Canadian flag by adding a maple leaf brooch!
Kate’s coat collection is TDF, and this double-breasted CH Carolina Herrera style is no exception. A plum clutch and pumps kept things in the same color family.
The Duchess has a knack for putting together comfortable yet chic outfits. For a hike, she tucked her dark-rinse skinny jeans into R. Soles cowboy boots, and topped them off with a luxurious wool cardigan by Canadian designer Sentaler.
A sporty girl at heart, Kate also didn’t miss the chance to go rowing. For the day’s activity, the Duchess dressed the part in a cozy Smythe Les Vests blazer and slim jeans. Note the hairband—she’s not about to let her hair get in the way!
That’s it for the Royal Tour of Canada! Prince William, Princess Charlotte, and Prince George waved goodbye to their well-wishers in coordinating shades of navy and burgundy, while Kate stood out in a custom cream Catherine Walker coat.
