You Can Help Children With HIV By Buying Wearable Artwork Created By A Pinoy Nurse

"A little help na you can do [for] anybody, just do it. Marami talagang nangangailangan ngayon." Rommel Rico was a registered nurse in New York before he became an artist, and his gorgeous works are inspired by Filipino culture.

Despite his love for art, Rommel felt that there was something missing—and he quickly discovered a new purpose: Helping a foundation through his art. Proceeds from Rommel's wearable art will go to the Duyan Program of Project Red Ribbon, an HIV and AIDS advocacy foundation which aims to provide care and support for children with HIV in the Philippines.
