In an Instagram carousel post, Carla shared a series of selfies while lounging in bed and wearing what appears to be her sleeping clothes and a completely bare face. 

With her skin naturally flushed and her lips perfectly hydrated, Carla joked in her caption, "Why am I so flushed? Oh, riiiiiggghhtt, alcohol." 

She added: "Absolutely no makeup. Just Lucas Papaw on my lips and Yuzu liquor in my tummy."
