As we look back at the whirlwind that was the past year, one thing stood out: Everyone was paying attention to the sports scene. From Alex Eala bringing top-notch Filipino talent (and an audience!) to tennis meets around the world to the Yulo brothers securing back-to-back medals, we had champions who showed the international crowd that we have what it takes to play The Long Game.
And the same is true for the beauty scene, too. Filipino beauty brands have been dropping new collections that are making waves locally and internationally, while innovations in cosmetic science continue to push boundaries. But with so many rookies entering the game, narrowing down the MVPs becomes a sport of its own. Well, we took on the challenge.
