I thought I swore off dyeing my locks in a lighter shade. I had blonde hair for three to four years, and the upkeep was expensive and damn high-maintenance. So far, I've been enjoying my time back to the dark side. I always ask my stylist for a chocolate brown shade when it's time to retouch my roots.
But, I think I'm going to change my mind after seeing Liza Soberano's latest IG pic! She posted a photo of herself with an overgrown bob with caramel brown highlights and an espresso brown base.
This dye job won't require bleach, and I'm pretty sure it's easier to maintain than bleached hair highlights. I would, however, still wash with a sulfate-free shampoo to preserve its vibrancy.
