Kylie Verzosa Finally Reveals All The Treatments She's Had Done On Her Face

Published on Mar 13, 2026
Being told she looks very different from how she appeared at the Miss International 2016 is nothing new for actress Kylie Verzosa. Now, she is setting the record straight and getting candid about the treatments she has had done on her face.
In a recent episode of the podcast Almost Honest with Dr. Aivee Teo of Aivee Clinic, Kylie revealed the procedures she has undergone—and those she hasn't. While many have speculated that she had plastic surgery, Kylie clarified that she has never gone under the knife.
"So, Kylie did not have her nose done. This is natural... And I think the reason why people are saying that is because, maybe because you've lost a lot of weight," Dr. Aivee clarified.
Kylie explained that her nose is completely natural, adding that many of the changes in her appearance are the result of lifestyle shifts over the years.
"The past years, I've surrounded myself with really good people, and I changed my environment a lot. And that really affects who you are, you know, as a person," the actress shared.
She added, "I do a lot of things to just stay fit. I think it's become a lifestyle already for me. Like, I go to the gym regularly, eat healthy."
Aside from lifestyle changes, Kylie also admitted to getting several non-surgical enhancements, even joking during the podcast that she is "Half Filipino, Half Aivee." If you're curious, here's a list of everything Kylie has done—with prices!
All The Beauty Treatments Kylie Verzosa Has Tried
Lip Fillers
Price: Starts at P28,000 per vial (Juvederm, Teoxane, and Voluma)
One of the biggest things people on the internet talk about when it comes to Kylie's looks are her lips. Instead of hiding it, Kylie admitted that she gets lip fillers at the Aivee Clinic. Lip fillers usually add volume to the lips, making them look fuller and plumper. It also shapes the lips and smooths out fine lines.
In Aivee Clinic, they use high-quality brands like Juvederm, Teoxane, or Voluma to get these results. For anyone looking to get the same treatment, the price starts at P28,000 per vial. According to the clinic, there is no downtime after the procedure, meaning you can go back to your normal day right after the appointment. The effect usually lasts about eight to 12 months. After that time, most people go back for a "top-up" if they want to keep the same shape and full look.

HIFU (Aivee Liftera)
Price: Starts at P18,000 (subject to doctor's assessment)
Kylie didn't stop at fillers; she is also a fan of the latest beauty technology, including HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound). Specifically, she goes to the clinic for the Aivee Liftera.
If you haven't heard of it, the Liftera is like a workout for your skin's deeper layers. It uses special ultrasound heat to tighten the skin and help the body grow new collagen. This results in a tighter, more V-shaped face without any needles or surgery. The Aivee Liftera treatment starts at P18,000, though the final price can change depending on what you need. Because everyone's face is different, the clinic highly recommends a consultation first.
Skin Boosters
Price: Starts at P28,000 per vial
Lately, Kylie has been dipping her toes into one of the trendiest treatments of the year: skin boosters. She has already tried the treatment twice at the Aivee Clinic and shared that she is looking to do it more in the future.
ICYDK, skin boosters are quite different from traditional fillers. While fillers are used to add volume and change the shape of your face, skin boosters focus entirely on the quality and health of the skin itself, providing long-lasting hydration and improving skin texture and elasticity. At the Aivee Clinic, skin boosters start at P28,000 per vial. It is the perfect option for those who want to look radiant without changing their facial structure.
Botox
Price: depending on doctor's assessment
Kylie also openly acknowledged getting Botox, a cosmetic procedure that uses small doses of botulinum toxin injected into specific facial muscles to temporarily relax them.
The treatment is commonly applied to targeted areas of the face, particularly the forehead, to reduce expression lines. Other popular procedures include alartox, which helps subtly slim the nose by relaxing the muscles around the nostrils; masseter botox, which can slim the jawline and relieve jaw tension; and the nefertiti lift, a technique that relaxes neck muscles to create a more defined jawline and lifted appearance.
Botox prices vary because treatments are customized based on a doctor's assessment and the number of units needed for each area. At Aivee Clinic, botox is priced at PHP 500 per unit.
