The next time you wake up with black circles under your eyes, skip the concealer—yep, you read that right—and try these super simple and makeup-free solutions instead.
Take two bags of your favorite black or green tea and soak them in hot water for a few minutes. Remove the bags and let them cool (you can pop them in the fridge, too) while you enjoy your cup of tea. Once they’re cool enough, squeeze out the excess liquid from the bags, close your eyes, and place them on your lids for 15-30 minutes.
The logic? Tea contains caffeine, which can help reduce puffiness and dark circles. It also helps tighten the areas around the eyes.
You'll need two washcloths and two ice cubes. Take an ice cube and wrap a washcloth around it. Do the same for the other. Then gently rub the washcloth on your under-eye area to soothe it. Now your boss doesn’t have to know you stayed up all night cramming your presentation.
Before primping, pop two spoons into the freezer. Right before you leave the house, take the spoons and gently glide the back of spoon on your under eye area, beginning from the inner part, going out.
