Ahead of the 2017 Victoria's Secret show in Shanghai this month, we reveal what some of the Angels do to prepare their hair and skin for close-ups—and how they recover afterward.

Bella Hadid

At the end of last fashion week, Bella Hadid told us how she recovers her look before the next stint of shows. "My skin is tripping out and I think my hair got washed four times yesterday, so usually I like to do a lot of masks. I like to not wear makeup also. I have a few weeks off so I'm going to drink a lot of water, do a lot of detoxing and try and get my body back to the way I like it to be. So, lots of hair and skin masks and just giving my body what it needs."

Sara Sampaio

Portuguese beauty Sara Sampaio has all the healthy hair tips. She says: "With my hair, I only need two things: a good haircut and a good conditioner. If I don't have any time to do anything else, I'm good to go. I work almost every day and when I get home, I have a lot of products in my hair. The one thing that I hate is going to bed with my hair dirty with products because then it gets onto my skin and I start breaking out, so I tend to always take a shower at night before I go to bed."

Taylor Hill

One of the youngest Victoria's Secret Angels told us that coconut oil is the product she can't live without, saying "I put it all over my body and sometimes my face." It's also her secret for flawless skin on the go. "I like to have coconut oil with me when I'm traveling," she said. "It's easy to put in a travel-size container and carry it around".

Gigi Hadid

Having collaborated with Maybelline on her own collection, Gigi Hadid has recently been sharing her makeup tips. At the UK launch, Hadid told us she uses blusher on her eyelids. She explains, "because eyelids have veins in them, they go blue sometimes," and using blush "makes it look healthy." Try it.

Vanessa Moody

Making her VS debut this year, model Vanessa Moody knows the importance of revitalizing your hair. "Work mostly affects my hair, as it can become dry from too many products and too much heat," she told AnOther magazine. "So, every few months, I use a good deep-conditioning treatment."

Stella Maxwell

Stella Maxwell's skin secret lies in diligent exfoliation. "I love a good scrub, especially on my face. I like to scrub everything down because I've usually got so much makeup and body makeup and products on. I have to shower every day," she told HuffPost UK.
