Buzzfeed gave three regular smokers a huge reality check by giving them a preview of what their skin would look like, should they continue to smoke in the next 30 years.

As the video shows, regularly huffing and puffing a cigarette can add years to your appearance instantly. According to the Mayo Clinic, the nicotine content of each stick narrows the blood vessels in the outermost layers of your skin, impairing blood flow, and ultimately leading to the formation of wrinkles.
Kaycee Reyes, M.D. of the Luminisce clinic also explains how cigarettes also break down collagen and elastin, which are responsible for keeping the skin supple, tight, and youthful-looking.
To make things worse, the effects are irreversible.
If the damage of smoking looks that horrible on your skin, you can just imagine how horrible your insides must look.
