Alice Dixson is back in Manila with her baby.
The actress shared on May 1, Saturday, video clips of herself cradling "Baby A" while on a flight back to the Philippines. She also shared her experience checking in to a hotel room as part of her mandatory quarantine.
"Touch down, Philippines," she wrote.
In the video, we can hear a member of the Philippine coast guard announcing reminders for the passengers who are returning Filipinos, like the guidelines on their mandatory quarantine and swab tests.
"So we finally made it to Manila," Alice shared in another post, wherein she gets inside the van of the hotel she will be spending her quarantine in. She says she chose the hotel because it is near her baby's doctor.
A hotel staff asks how she is doing and she replies, "Medyo pagod kasi ang haba ng flight namin. So happy to be home away from home. Pagod din siya, si Baby, pagod na." We can also hear her confirming that her baby is turning two months old.
The 51-year-old first announced on social media about her "little miracle" in April, showing the baby's footprints.
"So with great patience, belief and trust—I am happy to announce my wish has finally come true. Our newest little family member has arrived."
She also gave a peek into her life as a new mom, like when she took her baby out on a walk and when they went sightseeing in the U.S.
When she revealed she'd be flying home soon, Alice got real about all her worries and concerns, with COVID, and all, and with the Philippines having different rules when it comes to testing when traveling.
Alice says she'll be documenting her daily living and life while in quarantine. We're hoping she and Baby A are safe and healthy!
