Barbie Posts Cryptic Tweet After Taking Down Posts About Abuse

In a series of social media posts, actress Barbie Imperial shared alarming photos of her body with bruises. She initially posted a tweet on July 14, saying, "Girls, just because mahal niyo ang isang tao pero sinasaktan kayo physically, hindi pwedeng patuloy 'yan. HINDI TAMA MANAKIT NG BABAE PHYSICALLY."

On her Instagram account, Barbie shared four photos that showed bruises on her upper chest and arms.

She's since deleted these posts, but a fan account was able to take screenshots and re-upload them to social media.

After deleting the controversial posts, Barbie tweeted the words, "Be strong."

Neither Barbie nor her camp has released any official statement about the issue.
