The best-selling author took to Twitter to say, “Enjoy Brasil, @BTS_twt. My country—and I—love your music.”
Paulo followed it up another one that reads, “And forget the critics PLEASE. They are like eunuchs in a harem—knowing how to do, but incapable of doing what they see.”
It might be hard to imagine the writer behind inspiring stories like The Alchemist and The Witch of Portobello—or any 71-year-old like him—to be into K-pop. But it’s the truth.
Anyway, it seems that a number of Brazilians are big BTS fans. According to The Korea Times, tickets to the BTS Brazil concert sold out in 75 minutes in March. “The online ticket sales for the first concert on May 25 opened at 10 a.m. and had sold out by 11:15 a.m.”
Here’s to hoping we see a pic of Paulo Coelho at the concert!
