Boy Abunda Asks Angelina Jolie Why Love Doesn't Always End Well

Angelina laughed and said she had to 'just take a minute' for that question.

In a new interview for the sequel Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Boy Abunda asked the Angelina Jolie a couple of questions about love. As you know, Angelina and Brad Pitt are going through divorce proceedings, so it’s ~really~ interesting to hear her answers. 

Asked why love always leads to pain, the actress said, “I think when love is right, it’s a good kind of pain. It’s growing. It’s a pain where your heart is stretching, your feelings are stretching. The greater the love, the greater the loss.” 

Why does love not always end well? Angelina laughed and had to “just take a minute” for that question. She said, “It doesn’t always end well because maybe one kind of love is mistaken for another.”

Angelina filed for divorce from Brad three years ago after an alleged altercation involving him and their 18-year-old son, Maddox Jolie-Pitt. They’re reportedly still figuring out how to divide everything including the French winery and castle, where they got married in 2014. They have six kids: Maddox, Shiloh, Knox, Vivienne, Pax, and Zahara.
