ICYDK, Filipino Dancer Gabe De Guzman Was Part Of BTS' 'On' Music Video

Here's what he had to say about working with BTS.

In case you didn't know, a Filipino dancer was among the performers who danced along with BTS in their music video for "ON", their lead single from Map of the Soul: 7. The video dropped on YouTube on February 22.

Pinoy dancer and choreographer Gabe de Guzman took to his Instagram account to post a shoutout to people who included him in the music video.

"It might’ve been my birthday yesterday, but I had a surprise in store and y’all been asking for this," Gabe said in his post, which showed a clip from the music video where we see him featured prominently in the background during RM's part.

"Working on these performances, the dancers give their all in the background while the artists usually interact with the crowd and perform their music," Gabe told Cosmo.ph. He also shared how BTS brings the "full package" of "dancing so hard with amazing vocals."

MYX reported that Gabe has worked with artists such as Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Ariana Grande, 2NE1's CL, and BIGBANG's G-Dragon.

This isn't the first instance that a Filipino got to work with BTS. Filipino songwriter-producer Vince Nantes and Filipino-Canadian singer-songwriter-producer August Rigo actually also co-wrote BTS' song "Black Swan".
