Celebs Support HIV Awareness At A Sexy Party

See which celebs partied for a cause at the recent 25th anniversary celebration of a popular hotel chain.

Don't you just feel kilig when you see celebs at the hottest parties in town? Even more so when you find out they're rallying for a good cause, right? We spotted some stars at the Victoria Court Silver Anniversary party at Manor in Eastwood, where the highlight of the night was their Stop HIV Campaign.

Did you know that just last June, the Philippines hit the 7,000 mark on the number of people living with HIV? The subject of HIV/AIDS is still treated as taboo in our country, and as a result, many people who are afflicted don't receive the care they deserve. As part of its 25th anniversary celebration, Victoria Court screened a video presentation featuring testimonies of advocates and HIV victims on what it's like to care for someone infected or to have the virus themselves. The message of the campaign was simple: "Be aware. Get tested."

In addition to the advocacy, which took up the lobby, more activities heated up other parts of the club. Live performances by Soul Airplay with Ira Cruz, Glaiza de Castro, and DRP ft. MC Dash got the crowd revved up. The Boys' Night Out trio were the hosts for the night. Designers held a unique fashion show featuring pieces inspired by Victoria Court's popular theme rooms: The Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Austin Powers party suite, Iron Man suite, Moulin Rouge suite, and a finale of James Bond's Headquarters. Guests also saw a preview of the thematic rooms still to come (watch for a sneak peek here, soon)!

You can actually still join in the celebration! From July 25 to December 25, 2011, Victoria Court is giving free suites to the lucky 25th guest every 25th of the month in all their branches. As a thank you for over two decades of support, they are also giving free gifts to all guests every 25th day of the month.
