Have you ever gotten indecent proposals from fans?

I’ve had a few. I’ve never accepted any, though. I guess it’s all part of [being in the spotlight]. To answer your question, yes I’ve had some indecent proposals but nothing too crazy.

What do you wear to sleep?

Just my underwear.

Briefs, boxers or commando?

I’m a boxer-brief guy.

What are your thoughts on sleeping together on the first date?

I can’t say I’m against it. In my track record for girls that I’ve dated for a prolonged time, and by that I mean more than a month, sleeping together on the first date is a no-no because you kind of lose that mystery. You’ve basically given out all your chips. If you really want to get to know a girl, it’s worth saving [that] for later.

What would you say is the most sensitive part of your body?

My ears, 100%. That’s like game over for me.

What’s the most kissable part of a woman’s body?

Her neck and her lips. Lips first, then neck.

Have you ever gone commando out in public?

Well I went commando yesterday after practice *laughs*. So the answer is yeah, all the time, really.

What’s your view on one night stands?

They’re acceptable. But like I said, if it’s someone you’re interested in beyond a physical level, then one night stands might not be the right avenue to take. But if it’s something purely carnal and physical, and you’re not in a relationship, it’s okay.

Do you have any fetishes?

None that I could think of.

What kind of lingerie do you like seeing on girls?

It’s whatever the girl finds herself sexy in. There’s not any particular lingerie I need to see. It’s what she feels sexy in and she basically makes me feel that she’s sexy whether it’s boy shorts or a button down. It doesn’t matter, really. There’s no specific article of clothing she needs to be wearing. As long as she feels sexy and she can convey that to me, that’s fine with me.

Which do you prefer: a woman who takes control or someone who lets you dominate?

It has to be a mixture of both. It can’t be just one way or the other.

Do you prefer a girl who is a virgin or someone more experienced?

I think early on while I was dating I would have said someone who is a virgin. But now, at my age, [since] I’m more experienced and I know the ropes and all—well not too much.

Do you think it’s possible for friends to have a sexual relationship without attachments?

A lot of guys would like to say yes, but I think that it’s inevitable where emotional attachments happen. Even if it’s in the platonic level, there’s still going to be emotional attachment and you’re going to care about that person. Obviously sex increases that care. I think friends with benefits is something that happens and I’ve seen it happen, but that emotional attachment will be there whether you like it or not. Whether you want to admit it or not, it’s there. It’s how you handle it and how you decide to go about it once you’ve recognized that it’s there.

What’s your wildest sex fantasy?

That I haven’t completed? Nah, I’m just kidding! I’ll plead the fifth [amendment] on that one.

What’s your favorite sleeping position?

Are you talking about actual sleeping or something else? *laughs* Cuddling on my left side would be my favorite sleeping position.

Do you know how to speak Tagalog?

Konti lang.

Can you give us a sample?

For me it’s difficult to speak Tagalog because I start to think in Spanish. I actually understand Tagalog almost completely; conversationally I’m 100% okay. Reading, a little less. It’s just when I’m trying to speak, it’s mahirap.

Were you raised here in the Philippines?

I actually didn’t learn English until I was 7 years old. Once I started learning English, my parents only focused on that so they would only speak to me in English.

What are your top priorities right now?

After my national team schedule slows down, my top priority is starting my career. What I mean by that is I’ll put myself in the position where I have a plan. It’s not year by year, and it’s not relying on football. It’s who I want to be, where I want to be and who I want to be with. I want to start taking the steps to do that. Another goal of mine in the next five years is to start a family. I also want to buy property here in the Philippines. And lastly, I want to help raise awareness of football in this country.
