ICYMI, Ellie Eigenmann turned nine years old on November 23! Gosh, where did the time go? Her parents, Andi Eigenmann and Jake Ejercito, had the sweetest birthday greetings for their not-so-little girl; Ellie first celebrated with her dad before spending the day with the Happy Islanders: mom Andi, Philmar Alipayo, and of course, Lilo Eigenmann-Alipayo.
Because it's the birthday girl's favorite, Andi baked a chocolate cake with chocolate coconut cream frosting. Unlike Lilo's healthier version (made with lots of bananas), this one's more of a classic chocolate cake: Check out the recipe!
And it was a success (Ellie had two slices)!
Ellie also had fun opening all her presents, with a little help from bb Lilo. All four of them had a blast playing with Ellie's new toys.
Some of Andi's family members also came over, and they all had an art party—an activity and giveaway in one! Andi bought canvas boards and bags online and Ellie lent her painting materials to everyone.
For dinner, the guests enjoyed fried chicken and spaghetti, as requested by Ellie. Her sweet party ended with *another* birthday cake!
