"Oo naman," said GMA Network artist Glaiza de Castro in response to a question asking if BFF Angelica Panganiban has been affected by the controversial relationship of Ellen Adarna and former boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz.
While there has been no confirmation about the rumors surrounding the Ellen-LJC romance, it is expected that people are going to ask Angelica and those closest to her about her take on the issue. In an interview with PEP.ph, Glaiza took it upon herself to confirm that her best friend has moved on from her ex-boyfriend.
She said, "Masasabi ko na naging challenge sa kanya na kung anuman ang nangyari. I think, hindi na rin naman niya dapat pang pagtuunan din ng pansin kasi desisyon na ng dalawa 'yun. Parang wala na rin siya d'un. Nakapag-move on na siya kay John Lloyd."
The 29-year-old also shared that their recent trips to Nepal and Bhutan helped Angelica in finding her peace. Glaiza shared, "Ay naku, saya niya, sobrang saya niya. I think nakatulong yung trip namin sa Nepal at sa Bhutan para mas ma-appreciate niya 'yung mga blessings niya. Siyempre, hindi naman maiiwasan na hindi magkaroon ng problema, ng mga heartbreaks. Pero masaya ako unti-unti siyang naghi-heal at unti-unti niyang na-appreciate kung anuman ang meron siya ngayon."
While Glaiza opted not to talk any further about Angelica, she assured everyone that while her bestie is happy now, she'll always be there for Angelica whenever she needs her. She said, "I’m always here to listen, to accompany her. Minsan 'pag tatawag 'yan, very random. 'Pag wala naman akong ginagawa, pupuntahan ko siya, magkikita kami."
