Glaiza De Castro has been in the entertainment industry since her tweens and still continues to surprise us with her many *talents* up to this day. The 33-year-old actress-musician is known to be a longtime Hallyu fan and has actually been doing song covers of her fave K-pop songs over the years. She's spread out her videos on her various social platformson Twitter, Insta, and now on TikTokwhich, tbh, makes it a tad bit tricky to find, LOL.

But fret not 'cause we've rounded up our fave Glaiza K-pop covers in this list. Check 'em out below!

"On The Ground" by BLACKPINK's Rosé

Glaiza's most recent cover is BLACKPINK Rosé's first solo single "On The Ground." First posting her acoustic cover on her new TikTok account, Glaiza wrote in the caption, "Subok lang. Super like the message of this song."

"How You Like That" by BLACKPINK

Apparently, Glaiza is a BLINK and actually got to attend their Shopee event in Manila back in 2019 (she called it the "highlight of her life"). In 2020, she tried a dance cover of their comeback single "How You Like That," and joked that her moves were ~galawang tita~ on Twitter: "Namiss ko pala sumayaw pero napagod ako agad. Last ko na yan, lol."

"Eight" by IU (Prod. & Feat. SUGA)

One of Glaiza's inspirations in K-pop is none other than the K-pop solo superstar herself, IU! Early in the pandemic, Glaiza did a cover of  "Eight," IU's hit collab with BTS' SUGA singing in Korean of course! In her Instagram caption, Glaiza revealed that she's a fan of both artists and found it challenging because of IU's vocal range. Nonetheless, she said "their melodies, arrangements, productions, ideas...though Iyrics need some time to understand, it was still able to communicate."

"Start Over" by Gaho (Itaewon Class)

Crossing over to K-drama OSTs, Glaiza covered Gaho's powerful OST for the Park Seo Joon-led hit series, Itaewon Class. Writing on Twitter in 2020, Glaiza said, "Tried to learn a new song because I just loooove its melody. Made more emotional connection when I looked up its English lyrics. Shout out to all the resilient people out there like Saeroyi."

"Fantastic Baby" by BIGBANG

Of course, Glaiza wouldn't leave out her ult group, the *KINGS* of K-pop BIGBANG. If you didn't think you needed an acoustic version of their 2012 smash EDM track "Fantastic Baby," well, we have Glaiza to fill you in. ICYDK, Glaiza has been stanning BIGBANG for years and has gone to several of their concerts in Korea and Japan. ~Dance, dance, dance, dance, dance~ away, Glaiza!
