It's been 20 years since Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was released, and everybody's celebrating.
Putting the magic firmly in your hands, Facebook's newest feature allows you to cast spells through your status updates. The wand no longer chooses the wizard, you know.
The good news is, you don't need to have sat through any charms classes to cast Facebook's interactive spells—you just need to type a few words and the mischief is quickly managed for you.
This is the best thing Facebook has ever done ???????You click on Harry Potter and a wand, sparks and lightning all appear! It's magic! pic.twitter.com/67BpzfWhIY— Laura Davidson (@lovelylaurajd) June 26, 2017
Writing any of the terms 'Harry Potter,' 'Gryffindor,' 'Ravenclaw,' 'Hufflepuff,' or 'Slytherin' in a status or comment will transfigure your screen until an animated wand appears.
When posted to your newsfeed, the words will even be highlighted in their own house colors. Can we have this feature forever please?
Taking to Twitter to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter, author and creator of the iconic wizarding world JK Rowling thanked fans for their "wonderful" support.
"20 years ago today a world that I had lived in alone was suddenly open to others," she wrote. "It's been wonderful. Thank you."
No, thank you, JK.
