On Saturday, July 18, 2020, Iya Villania gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Proud father Drew Arellano shared the news on Instagram. The couple named their daughter Alana Lauren V. Arellano.

In January 2014, Iya and Drew tied the knot after 10 years of dating. They have two other children: Primo, born in March 2016, and Leon, who is now a kuya, was born in August 2018.
