The first ABS-CBN Ball, previously known as the Star Magic Ball, is taking place tonight at the Makati Shangri-La. The entertainment industry's biggest love teams, real-life couples, and stars just walked the red carpet.
But while everyone expected the ElNella love team to arrive at the ball together, people were surprised to see Janella Salvador making a solo entrance. Where was her onscreen (and rumored real-life) partner Elmo Magalona?
Even the ball's hosts noticed his absence during the livestream, and so did their fans. Here's a photo of the happy pair at last year's ball:
Janella had a rift with her mom Janine Desiderio over a "lying" driver, but they reconciled and their not-so-smooth mother and daughter relationship has hopefully improved.
