  • Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal will air during Keeping Up With the Kardashians finale.
  • Fans think Jordyn Woods should be cutting a check from the show and are taking it to Twitter to make their point.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians is about to air its Emmy-deserving-even-though-I-haven’t-seen-it-yet finale, which will cover the heavily promoted cheating scandal between Tristan Thompson and Khloé Kardashian. And gentle reminder even though you don’t need it: Tristan cheated on Khloé with Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods, and the entire thing was a giant mess—not to mention, at least according to some fans, a potential PR stunt.

Okay, so to be clear, this scandal will probably bring in major ratings for KUWTK—which, yeah, is good for the show. But the Kardashians’ collective salary is set no matter what. In other words: They signed a contract and it’s not like they get paid extra if the season finale does well.

And while there’s no confirmation that the Kardashians’ “costars” (aka frequently appearing friends and family) also get paid, it seems unlikely that people like MJ, Jonathan Cheban, and Larsa Pippen are showing up on KUWTK without making money from it. In other words, Jordyn *is* likely/potentially cutting a check from this episode—or let’s hope she is, because the thought of this show profiting off her drama feels wrong, to say the least.
