Kyline Alcantara made a bold move as she expressed firm dissent against violence. The 21-year-old actress joined the United Women's 16-day initiative advocating against gender-based abuse. 

"There’s #NOExcuse for violence against women and children. NO means NO. Wrong is wrong; a crime is a crime," Kyline wrote in her post.

She added, "I encourage all women to help each other, watch for the signs, and stand against gender-based violence."

Fans conveyed their appreciation of Kyline's act to stand up against abuse in all forms. Her post also comes after her rumored split with Mavy Legaspi has surfaced. During the past weeks, the actress posted some cryptic posts, that netizens think were about her rocky relationship with Mavy.

Aside from Kyline, Carla Abellana also took part in the mentioned worldwide initiative that will be running for 16 days to educate more people about gender-based violence. The initiative began on November 25, 2023, which is the International Day to End Violence against Women.
