Leon Barretto Just Graduated From College—Thanks In Part To Julia Barretto's Financial Support

As a parent, seeing your child finish their education is one of the greatest wins in life. But imagine being the eldest sibling who not only cheered from the sidelines, but also made it possible.

ICYMI, Leon Barretto just graduated from college, and Julia Barretto played a huge part in it! Leon recently finished his Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing at the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), a four-year program.

To mark the big day, Leon dedicated his graduation post to his eldest sister Julia, who financed his education all throughout college.

"To my sister Julia, thank you for taking care of me during these past years. It meant so much," Leon wrote.

"Not just because you helped mom, but because of the belief and potential you've always seen in me. I wouldn't be who I am today without your support," he added.

Their mom, Marjorie Barretto, also couldn't hold back her emotions. She shared her gratitude for Julia, praising her daughter for stepping up even when she didn’t have to.

"A very special thank you to Julia—you didn't have to, but you lovingly took it upon yourself to help put Leon through school," Marj wrote.

"Seeing you beam with pride in his graduation was a beautiful reminder of family and love," she added.

Getting a degree from UA&P is no small feat and it doesn't come cheap! According to the university’s official website, tuition fees range from P117,784 to P128,941 per semester for a full load. 

That means Julia's commitment definitely went beyond symbolic support and straight into life-changing responsibility.

But Julia's support for Leon didn't just start in college. Back in 2021, Marjorie shared that it was Julia who also supported Leon's education in high school at Martinsburg High School.
