We might as well admit it, we're all super hyped for Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil's new film, Alone/Together! The pair are currently in New York to film some scenes, and the BTS photos are so *adorable.*
Look, here they are all bundled up in coats at a skating rink:
According to writer and director Antoinette Jadaone, Tin (Liza) is an over-achiever who graduates magna cum laude from the BA Art Studies program of UP Diliman while Raf (Enrique) studies BS Biology at the University of Sto. Tomas and doesn't really have a goal—he just wants to graduate and get out of school. The couple meet again after eight years as ~grown-ups~.
More deets: (1) Contrary to fan theories, Raf isn't a ghost, (2) people think Tin bears a striking resemblance to Atom Araullo's mom when she was a UP student, (3) and the film's theme song is JM De Guzman's cover of Rivermaya's "214!"
Remember that bench where Raf and Tin sit on while eating isaw? It's apparently controversial among UP students because a lot of breakups have happened there. And after seeing photos from LizQuen's recent shoot, here's something to look forward to: Raf and Tin will be recreating their soon-to-be iconic bench scene IN CENTRAL PARK. Here's a sneak peek:
Alone/Together will hit theaters on February 13, just in time for Valentine's! Liza and Enrique's previous movies include Just The Way You Are, Everyday, I Love You, and My Ex And Whys.
