Liza Soberano has two leading men in her new movie Everyday, I Love You. Sure, there’s her default onscreen partner Enrique Gil, but Gerald Anderson also stars in the flick!
In a report by ABS-CBN, Liza revealed that she found it difficult being the leading lady of TWO men, having always been cast as “the other girl” in her previous movies. “It’s my first time already having a boyfriend in a role and dalawa pa 'yung leading men ko so I didn’t know how to handle it at first. Ako 'yung sanay na nakiki-share. Ngayon may nagshe-share na sa akin,” Liza revealed.
“It’s actually really hard kasi [Enrique and I] have a loveteam and we have Gerald coming in. I have to be able to make it even between them. There are times when I get lost because [Gerald] is my boyfriend in the movie. I showed too much love for him so parang naiiwan 'yung isa.”
Adding to the difficulty is the fact that Liza plays a more mature woman in the film. Liza, who’s only turning 18 in January, plays a 21 year-old headstrong probinsyana. “It’s kind of hard to take care of the character. Ako nahirapan ako. It’s matter of going through the script with direk’s help,” says Liza.
