Marco Gallo Says Breakup With Juliana Gomez Was A Mutual Decision

He said they both understood how hard it would be to have a long-distance relationship after he went back to Italy last year.

After leaving showbiz to go back to Italy in July 2018, Marco Gallo is back in the country. At his contract signing with Viva Artists Agency yesterday, the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate was asked about his breakup with Juliana Gomez. He said, according to PEP.ph, “It could [have been] like a crush thing, a temporary thing. But real love, I don't know what it is yet. I don't have an explanation for it. Probably because I'm too young or because I [haven't found it] yet. Siguro naman kung totoo ang pagmamahalan namin noon ni Juliana, e ‘di kami pa rin ngayon, ‘di ba?"

The actor said they were together for about three months and that it was a mutual decision to separate when he left last year. “Kahit masakit at the time… We both understood how hard it would be, and honestly, we both didn’t want to commit to something that hard.”

Marco said they’re still friends and it’s all good with Juliana’s parents, Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres. When they were able to catch up at an event, Marco said they were “not angry” and were “super nice to me.”

You’ll recall that Juliana took Marco as her date to her prom in April last year. They were named Cutest Couple of the night.
