Maris Racal recently celebrated her 25th birthday with a sultry Calvin Klein-inspired photoshoot and a disco-themed party on September 21. Now that she’s 25, she looked back on how far she has come in her career.
“Sa personal, mas nahanap ko na ‘yung level na thankful ako sa lahat ng nangyayari. Dati kasi sobrang worried ako sa career ko but now sobrang happy ako sa mga nangyayari sa akin,” she says in a recent interview.

When asked what she wants to *achieve* now that she’s a year older, Maris revealed that she wishes to portray ~mature~ roles.
“Since 25 na ako, siguro a bit more mature na. Gusto ko mag-mature na talaga even sa roles. Syempre one step at a time,” she says. “Sana makatrabaho ko na si Jericho Rosales. Sana makatrabaho ko na si Kathryn Bernardo.”

ICYDK, the 25-year-old actress rose to fame after she placed second in the hit reality show Pinoy Big Brother: All In. Since then, she has starred in multiple acting projects and even signed under Rico Blanco’s music label Balcony Entertainment.
