Maymay Entrata has had enough of the rumors spreading about her supposed BF.
ICYMI, Maymay went Insta-official with him on Valentine's Day. While many fans expressed their support for the 24-year-old actress and singer's newfound romance, some netizens pointed out how he looked like the alleged con man on Netflix's The Tinder Swindler.
In case you haven't seen the crime documentary, it tells the story of Shimon Hayut, a 31-year-old Israeli who allegedly used the Tinder dating app to fraud multiple women across Europe. Currently, he is living as a "free man" and is reportedly dating an Israeli model, Kate Konlin.
Earlier today, February 22, Maymay took to Twitter to set the record straight. Sharing a now-deleted YouTube video about her beau, she wrote: "FAKE NEWS. Kapag di nyo po buburahin at patuloy nyo pong pag s-spread ng false information para manira ng buhay ng ibang tao, wag nyo na po sanang hintayin na aabot tayo sa husgado. Maraming salamat po."
