There's no denying that James Reid and Nadine Lustre are in lurrvve. They've been together for three years now and have had successful TV shows, chart-topping movies, and record-breaking concerts!
During a March 2019 interview, Nadine teared up as she was asked if she could imagined life without her boo: "Parang no. Iiyak ako. I'm really, really thankful that he came into my life. It was so different before. He was the biggest instrument for my healing and [self-discovery]." OMG, Nadz!!!
While we're taking THAT in, here's something else to think about: We're all familiar with this power couple's love for the water, summer, and swimsuits. They even have an actual collab track entitled "Summer." And what's great about their beach trips is that they almost always have their friends along, which makes us want to go on a trip with our partners and our friends!
Since it's beach season again, we've gathered nine of James and Nadine's picks for unforgettable summer getaways:
1. Lipa, Batangas (2019)
For their third anniversary, the couple went to The Farm at San Benito, an exclusive health and wellness resort that only serves vegan food. Through their IG stories, we even witnessed James and Nadine hanging out with peacocks! SO CUTE.
On February 11—the actual date of their anniversary—James shared this photo of him and Nadine on Instagram:
They also had the most romantic dinner:
2. Siargao, Surigao del Norte (2018)
Siargao, a tear-drop shaped island in Mindanao, is one of the couple's favorite places to go to with friends! We're not surprised because it's one of the surfing capitals of the Philippines and it's impossible not to fall in love with the island and its people.

They usually stay at the Bayud Boutique Resort which is also frequented by other celebs such as Kathryn Bernardo, the Dantes family, and Julia Barretto!
3. Phi Phi Islands, Thailand (2018)
James and Nadz seemed to tour this place on board a cruise ship and a canoe! An island group located in Thailand, the Phi Phi Islands, a total of six, are part of the Hat Nopparat Thara-Ko Phi Phi National Park. Its second largest island, Ko Phi Phi Le, was used as the location for the 2000 film The Beach, starring Leonardo DiCaprio.
Nadz even went snorkeling and swam amongst fishes in one photo:
4. Pundaquit, Zambales (2018)
We spotted JaDine at Nagsasa Cove during one of their promo shoots for the film Never Not Love You. This place is a famous camping spot (along with its *sister* Anawangin Cove)! By the way, Nagsasa Cove has limited electricity and mobile signal. So, if you're after some peace of mind or just an intimate moment with nature, this place is perf. It's also HIGHLY INSTAGRAMMABLE. 5. Panglao, Bohol (2017)
For their 2017 yearender celebration, James and Nadz, along with their squad, hit up Bohol. They went to Panglao Island, a summer destination that's famous for the white sand and clear waters of Alona Beach. Some of its tourist attractions include: scuba diving, island hopping, dolphin watching, snorkeling, kitesurfing, and fishing.
They stayed at the Eskaya Beach Resort, a boutique hotel named after the indigenous people of Bohol and which is known for their gorgeous thatched-roof villas.
6. Camarines Sur, Bicol (2017)
One of their first-ever outings was at the Caramoan Islands (one of the locations of the reality TV show Survivor)! We're not sure if they did all the crazy and fun things available in Cam Sur such as snorkeling, spelunking, and camping, but check out these cute pics of them on a boat:
7. Nasugbu, Batangas (2017)
In January 2017, the couple went to Tali Beach in Batangas to unwind with their friends! James and Nadine soaked up the sun and took the most envy-worthy photos.
Fun fact: Tali Beach also has a cliff jump site!!!
They also went sunbathing and had the yummiest meals! We're getting hungry just looking at their photos!
8. San Juan, La Union (2017)
Ah, LU. Aside from surfing at Point Break, La Union is famous for its night life, art enthusiast haven Bahay Na Bato, and its breathtaking sunsets. The strong San Juan waves didn't seem to bother Nadine and James as they took these photos:
9. Cebu City (2016)
In July 2016, the couple hit up Cebu for their friend graphic designer Jon Medalla's birthday, along with their buds Bret Jackson, Ivan Dorschner, and Lauren Reid. Although they only stayed at the Pandanon Island for the weekend, Nadine's posts show how much they loved their stay!
