Rihanna is one of the busiest women in showbiz thanks to her luxury fashion house, cosmetics brand and, of course, music. However, in an interview in British Vogue's May issue, she says she doesn't always plan to have so much on her plate.
“I’m working like this now so that I don’t have to in the future,” she said. “I know I will want to live differently."
When asked where she envisions herself in 10 years, Rihanna says, “Ten years? I’ll be 42! I’ll be ancient. I’ll have kids—three or four of ’em.”
When asked whether she'd still have children if she hadn't found the right partner, there was no hesitation: “Hell, yeah," she says. "I feel like society makes me want to feel like, ‘Oh, you got it wrong…’ They diminish you as a mother if there’s not a dad in your kids’ lives. But the only thing that matters is happiness, that’s the only healthy relationship between a parent and a child. That’s the only thing that can raise a child truly, is love.”
Rihanna was rumoured to be dating ASAP Rocky following her split from boyfriend of nearly three years Hassan Jameel.
Oh, and good news for fans who have waited so desperately for a new album; she says she's "very aggressively" working on music, but doesn't have a firm plan for when it's going to be ready for our ears.
Soon, please RiRi!
