Ryza Cenon and her boyfriend Miguel Antonio Cruz are now proud parents to their first child whom they named Night. The 32-year-old actress gave birth to her son on the morning of October 31, Saturday. But her delivery didn't go so smoothly because, as she revealed in an exclusive interview with PEP.ph, she was in labor for 13 hours.

"13 hours po ko nag-labor kasi two centimeters pa lang ako. Pagdating ng nine centimeters, dun na po ko nag-deliver," Ryza explained. "Pero ang tagal din, one hour and 40 minutes kasi po kapag nagre-rest ako sa pag-iri, bumabalik ulit sya. At saka masikip yung lalabasan ni baby Night kaya yung lahat ng push ko, ginamitan na ng vacuum."
On Instagram, Ryza wrote about her difficult birth experience, saying: "10/31/20
- Napakahirap pero lahat worth it! Welcome Baby Night!!!"
If you're wondering why the parents chose the name Night for their son, well, Ryza and Miguel have a beautiful story behind it. In a previous interview with PEP.ph, Ryza explained that "siya na ang magbibigay ng light sa night namin, always good Night."
