A few months ago, a clip from It's Showtime's "Kalokalike Face 2: Level Up" segment in 2013 resurfaced online, and the Internet just couldn't get enough. Christopher Diwata, a Taylor Lautner lookalike, whose unforgettable line, "What haffen Vella? Why you crying again?" quickly became a TikTok favorite.

The phrase exploded across the platform, turning into a popular audio for comedic and emotional edits alike. Everyone jumped in on the "What haffen Vella" trend with memes, ads, and parody skits.

Taylor Lautner Reacts To "What Haffen Vella" Trend

And now, over a decade since the original show aired, the viral trend has reached international shores—with no less than the actual Taylor Lautner finally catching wind of the trend.

In a TikTok video uploaded by Taylor, a netizen commented: "Bro noticing everything except what hafen vela trend."

The comment isn't new. Ever since the trend blew up, fans have been flooding the Twilight actor’s account, hoping he’d notice the viral phrase inspired by his Filipino kalokalike.
Taylor finally responded with a line that only fuelled the fandom even more.

"Yup but it's not ur fault it's mine," he replied wittily.
