After getting married on January 7 Camille Prats Yambao and her husband VJ Yambao announced that they were expecting their first child together on February 1. The announcement was made via Camille's Instagram account.
On September 22, Camille gave birth to a baby girl named Nala Camilla.
Actress Michelle Madrigal started the month of May with a beautiful announcement: She was pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Troy Woolfolk. On May 1, Michelle posted a sonogram on her Instagram account and captioned it, “After 3 months of enduring nausea, morning sickness, vomiting, and being on bed rest for almost a month... Troy and I are happy to announce that we're expecting our first born this November. I cannot express how excited and nervous we are as we move forward into this new chapter of our lives as family. We are truly blessed beyond belief. God is amazing! #13weeks #preggoDiaries#roadtomotherhood”. Michelle and Troy got engaged in July of 2017.
Michelle and Troy welcomed their firstborn on October 21 (Philippine Time), in Austin, Texas, U.S.A. She was named Anika Austin.
On January 30, 2016, comedian and TV host Vic Sotto married actress and TV host Pauleen Luna. On May 6, 2017, Vic Sotto announced through noontime show Eat Bulaga! that Pauleen was pregnant with their first child together. He joked during the show, "Gusto ko pong i-announce sa Pilipinas at buong mundo na buntis ako.” He then continued, “Hindi po ako, ang aking asawa.”
On November 6, Vic announced, again through Eat Bulaga!, that Pauleen had given birth to Talitha Maria Luna-Sotto.
Actress Bangs Garcia and husband Lloydi Birchmore had a cute way of announcing that they were expecting. On June 4, Bangs posted on her Instagram account a photo of her and Lloydi kissing and holding a sonogram of their firstborn.
On December 5, 2017, Bangs gave birth to their daughter, Amelia.
Actress Kaye Abad is expected to give birth sometime around December 20, 2017, to her first child with her husband, actor and businessman Paul Jake Castillo. She made the pregnancy announcement through her Instagram account on July 13, 2017. Paul and Kaye got married on December 9, 2016 in Cebu City.
Through a gender reveal party held in October, it was announced that Kaye and Paul Jake are having a boy.
Actor Richard Gutierrez and actress Sarah Lahbati got engaged in July 2017, four years after their first child Zion was born. Months later, on September 18, Sarah announced through her Instagram account that their trio is about to become a family of four. She posted a photo of her, Zion, and Richard, who was holding a sonogram. The caption read in part: “We are thrilled to announce that our little family is growing. Zion is about to be a kuya!!!!! So excited for the future.”

Actress Isabelle Daza and her husband of one year Adrien Semblat—they wed on September 10, 2016—had a very fashionable way of announcing their pregnancy. On September 19, Isabelle posted on her Instagram account a photo of three pairs of shoes. She captioned the photo, “Threes a crowd.” She confirmed her pregnancy through an exclusive interview with Preview.ph, published on September 19, 2017.
As of press time, the couple has not announced the gender of the baby. But with parents like these, the baby will surely be gorgeous.
Singer Jolina Magdangal is excited to have her second child with her husband, musician Mark Escueta. She made the pregnancy announcement on November 7, on the morning show Magandang Buhay. Jolina and Mark already have one son, Pele, who will turn four in February 2018.
