In his latest vlog, Vice Ganda revealed that he and his boyfriend Ion Perez had a *secret* wedding commitment ceremony in Las Vegas. It was held at the Little Vegas Chapel last October 19, 2021—just a few days before they celebrated their third anniversary as a couple!
In the 14-minute video, the comedian-host shared some of the heartwarming moments from the intimate ceremony, including their exchange of vows. "Buong-buo yung loob ko na makasama ka," Ion told Vice. "Mahal na mahal kita."
Clad in a collared white dress, Vice said, "Ang saya saya ko na ikaw ang kasama ko ngayon. Ikaw yung kasama ko kahapon at ikaw yung alam kong makakasama ko pa rin bukas at sa mga susunod pang araw." He continued, "I promise na mag-iipon pa ako ng maraming-maraming pagmamahal sa puso ko... I promise na aalagaan ko yung sarili ko. Kakain ako sa tamang oras para hindi ka na magagalit. Aalagaan ko ang kalusugan ko para maging malakas ako para mapanindigan pa natin itong sinimulan nating dalawa."
Vice ended his vows with a touching message: "Lahat ng gagawin ko sa buhay ko, isa ka sa magiging inspirasyon ko."
ICYDK, commitment ceremonies are similar to traditional weddings, except they're not legally binding. According to The Little Vegas Chapel's website, they're performed for "symbolic purposes only."
The happy couple went twinning in casual white outfits for the occasion. They both wore white sneakers, too!
