YG Entertainment Apologizes After WINNER's Mino Is Spotted In A Club Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

Dispatch released photos of WINNER's rapper, Song Mino, performing in a club in Yang Yang, South Korea on May 3 despite the country's emphasis on social distancing to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mino's agency, YG Entertainment, was quick to respond to the reports and released an apology as they confirmed that Mino went on a private trip to Yang Yang, Soompi reports.

"We have confirmed that Song Mino recently went on a private trip with his acquaintances. We apologize for causing everyone's concern. We will be more mindful and ask [Song Mino] to carefully follow the rules of personal hygiene and social distancing," a statement from YG Entertainment read.

Dispatch's story comes after reports that South Korea's new COVID-19 cases are linked to clubbing activities in Itaewon, Seoul.
