Max Collins Got Real About The Treatments, Workouts, And Effort Behind Her Summer Body

Published on Apr 8, 2026
For the girlies in their trentahin era chasing that summer body, Max Collins isn't gatekeeping what it actually takes to get there.
At 33, the actress is proudly documenting what she calls her "body diary," getting real about what's behind her toned, sculpted summer physique. "I've taken the time to figure out what actually supports me—my metabolism, my gut, my energy," she shared. "I've learned it's never just one thing… it's how everything works together."
Max Collins On What She Does To Achieve Her Summer Body
Max's secret formula is a mix of science-backed treatments with consistent movement. She openly credits CleanseDrip for her peptide therapy—like her metabolism-boosting tirzepatide shots and recovery-focused BPC-157—as part of her routine, alongside IV drips designed to support skin health, hydration, and overall energy.
Still, she's quick to set the record straight—no shortcuts here. "It didn't come naturally. That's something people have to know—it's a lot of work," Max said in an interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
And yes, she's very candid about getting a little help along the way. Apart from the peptide therapy, Max revealed she also underwent 360° liposuction around her abdomen and arms at Belo Medical Group about a year or two ago.
Maintenance, though, is where the real work shows. Max balances Pilates and weightlifting in her weekly routine—a combo that explains her long, sculpted lines and visible strength. Pilates keeps her core tight and posture on point, while lifting builds muscle and supports her metabolism—exactly the kind of pairing fitness girls swear by. "You have to put in the work talaga," she emphasized.
Max Collins Shows Off Her Sculpted Physique In An Upcoming Action Series
And while fans are raving over her hawt body, Max is also making headlines for her upcoming project with Dingdong Dantes, the action drama series The Master Cutter. She even teased a possible love scene between the two, but made it clear she approached the project with respect.
Before filming began, Max reached out to his wife, Marian Rivera, whom she's worked with before. "I already talked to her even before we started… she is very supportive," Max shared. "Every time I post something, I message her and make paalam out of respect. So, we have a very good relationship." (Girls supporting girls, as they should.)
Safe to say, we're seated—not just for the action, but to see more of Max's hard-earned, scene-stealing physique as she returns to the small screen in The Master Cutter this May.
