How Miss U 2017 Bet Rachel Peters Keeps Her Body Strong + Fit

Depending on her schedule, Rachel goes to the gym four times a week.

Everybody knows that an essential part of training for any beauty pageant is making sure you keep your body in good shape. For Rachel, that means working out at least four times a week. In a quick interview with, Rachel mentioned that going to the gym is one of the ways she de-stresses after a long day. 

So what exactly does she do to keep her body fit?

Rachel shared, "I have a trainer. We focus on a different body part each time, but at the end of each session, we always do ab [workouts] and a little bit of butt [exercises]. We do whole-body workouts, though; we don’t leave anything out. On top of the gym, I like to [swim laps] or do yoga."
