Time to let it go.

1. Putting off gym time.

2. Binging on junk food.
Clean out your pantry and shop for healthier options in the grocery.

3. Falling asleep with your makeup on.
Your skin will thank you later. No matter how tired or sleepy you are, make it a point to wash your face before going to sleep.

4. Getting back together with your ex.
You broke up for a reason. Keep reminding yourself that you deserve better. 

5. Impulse shopping.
Think before you swipe. Ask yourself, "Do I really need this or do I just want it right now?" It will also help to keep a log of all your purchases so that you can manage your finances better.

6. Partying too hard.
You're not getting any younger. There's nothing wrong with having fun, but know your limits.

7. Bitching about your job.
If you don’t like it, quit your job and find something better. Stop complaining 24/7. NOBODY CARES.
